Return/Refund Policy
- For a full refund or exchange, please ship your item back within 30 days after receiving your order.
- XPEDO will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn and free of damages by the customer. Items must be returned in original packaging including all associated hardware (cleats, spare pins, pin wrench).
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return. Please use trackable shipping method for all returns (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority).
- To process a return, please contact us at info@xpedo.com. Instructions will be provided with shipping address and return authorization number. Items sent back without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
- Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Please keep in mind refunds may take 5-7 days to show up on your credit card or bank statement.
