XPEDO warrants all of our products are free from defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of original retail purchase (keep that receipt!). This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser only, and is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser(s). At their discretion, XPEDO will repair or replace the defective product with the same model (or equivalent model if product is not available or discontinued). This warranty does not cover products that are damaged due to improper installation, improper adjustment, poor maintenance, crashes, abuse, modification, misuse, or other conditions deemed abnormal or excessive by XPEDO.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and dated proof-of-purchase from an authorized seller. Note that auction-based websites are not authorized sellers of new XPEDO products. You can obtain an RA# by submitting a warranty claim form below. Additional warranty inquiries can be sent to service@xpedo.com. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs including insurance to XPEDO.
