Return Policy
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
For items purchased on our website www.xpedo.com, XPEDO will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, ship back your item within 30 days from the receipt (invoice) date of original order. Items must be returned in original packaging including all associated hardware (cleats, spare pins, pin wrench).
Please contact info@xpedo.com to obtain RA (Return Authorization) number and return instructions.
SHIPPING
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for the return. Please use trackable shipping method for all returns (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority).
REFUNDS
Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. The refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Please keep in mind refunds may take 5-7 days to show up on your credit card statement.
